Chalet Alpine: the construction site is growing, with new phases and milestones ahead
The Chalet Alpine project is steadily taking shape. Week after week, the construction site advances and the building begins to reveal its definitive lines more clearly.
In recent days, work has started on the preparation of the walls, and very soon the first underfloor heating systems will be installed — an important step toward transforming the interiors into comfortable and welcoming spaces. At the same time, sandblasting of the façade will give the exterior a new and distinctive character.
Looking ahead, October and November will be crucial months: the installation of windows and waterproofing systems is scheduled to begin, along with the much-anticipated wooden façade cladding, which will lend the complex a warm and elegant appearance, perfectly in harmony with the alpine setting.
As with any large project, unexpected challenges do arise, but they are promptly managed and resolved by our team of technicians, who coordinate companies and skilled workers with the goal of maintaining high quality standards and keeping the timeline on track.
The schedule remains tight and already looks to the months ahead: early 2026 will mark the start of the most refined works, such as the laying of floors and bathroom ceramics, culminating with the arrival of the elevator in spring.
Each step forward adds a new piece to the final mosaic: a carefully designed residential complex — modern, sustainable, and created to offer well-being to all who will live in it.
