The Alpine chalets comply with the restrictions of Provincial Law 16/2005 (the Gilmozzi Law), so the homes in this complex can be used as a second home.
The so-called ordinary residence requirement aims to protect the territory and landscape, preventing excessive construction to preserve the beauty of the mountain scenery.
The Alpine chalets are the result of a renovation and are therefore exempt from this restriction, in the absence of which new properties can only be used as a primary residence.
